The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is a not-for-profit association for office professionals, with approximately 28,000 members and 600 chapters worldwide. The rapidly growing Grand River Chapter has members from Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas.
